This page explains how ZhangDieYuQi handles accounts, analysis requests, Apple consumable in-app purchases, on-device watchlists, external news, and account closure.

Scope and service overview
This policy applies only to the ZhangDieYuQi app and its wallet, analysis, and recharge features.
ZhangDieYuQi produces informational observations from public quotes, company announcements, news, and market data. Results are time-sensitive and uncertain and are not investment advice, a return guarantee, or a trading instruction.
You remain responsible for your own judgment, investment decisions, and market risk.
Data we process
We process information needed for sign-in, analysis, balance recharge, feedback, and service security.
- Account data: your sign-in email, DKluge user ID, nickname, and authentication state.
- Device data: an app-generated device identifier, system and app versions, request time, API status, and necessary error details.
- Search and analysis requests: stock code or name, market, base date, analysis mode, request identifier, and returned result.
- Product interaction: necessary actions and processing states for search, analysis generation or refresh, balance, and recharge.
- Recharge and balance data: product ID, Apple transaction identifier, verification result, credited amount, balance, usage, and account-closure ledger entries.
- Feedback data: content, contact details, and diagnostic information you choose to provide.
How data is used
Data supports features you request, balance reconciliation, and service security.
- Authenticate your account and display your balance, recharge result, and usage history.
- Respond to stock searches, generate and cache analysis, and prevent duplicate charges for the same request.
- Verify consumable in-app purchases with Apple and prevent duplicate crediting, transaction misuse, and payment abuse.
- Handle feedback, diagnose failures, maintain service availability, and prevent fraud or misuse.
On-device data and watchlist
Your watchlist, recent searches, and interface preferences are stored on the current device.
The app stores your watchlist, recent searches, interface preferences, and notice states on your device so it can restore your preferred state when you return.
The current version does not save your watchlist on our servers. Closing your ZhangDieYuQi account in the app clears the watchlist and recent searches; uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes other on-device preferences.
Apple consumable in-app purchases
Apple processes payment; our server verifies the transaction and credits the corresponding analysis balance.
When you buy a fixed-value recharge product, Apple handles your Apple ID, payment method, receipt, and checkout. We do not receive your bank card number or other complete payment credentials.
To credit your balance, resume an incomplete verification, and handle refunds or disputes, the app sends the product ID, transaction identifier, purchase receipt, and purchase environment to our server, which verifies the transaction with Apple.
Public market data and external news
Analysis uses public market information, while external links are handled by the relevant content provider.
Search and analysis may use public quotes, trading calendars, company announcements, sector themes, and news. We display a date, source, and original link when available, but cannot guarantee that third-party information is always complete, accurate, or continuously available.
If you open an external news link, your system browser or the relevant content provider may process the visit under its own privacy policy. Review the source before leaving the app.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed to provide features, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Analysis results may be cached on the server for a limited period to improve response time and avoid duplicate generation. Account, balance, and transaction records are retained while the account is active and protected through measures such as access control, transport security, and operational auditing.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will respond and notify you as required by applicable rules.
Close your ZhangDieYuQi account
You can close the ZhangDieYuQi wallet directly from the app settings.
In Settings, choose “Close ZhangDieYuQi Account,” verify your current password, and confirm. The ZhangDieYuQi wallet is closed, remaining analysis balance is cleared, and the on-device watchlist, searches, and device identifier are removed. This action cannot be undone.
Your DKluge sign-in identity may also be used by other DKluge services. In-app closure therefore applies only to the ZhangDieYuQi product account; it does not delete the shared DKluge identity or data from other DKluge services. To request deletion of the shared identity, email contact@dkluge.com.
Necessary recharge, usage, closure ledger entries, and transaction identifiers remain under restricted access when needed to reconcile Apple transactions, handle refunds or disputes, prevent duplicate crediting or fraud, and meet financial or legal obligations. They are deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period.
